Introduction:
Bulk bagging machine, also known as big bag filler and sack filling machine, is a special bulk material packaging equipment with unique structure and large packaging capacity, integrating weight display, packaging sequence, process interlocking, and fault alarm. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, large packaging capacity, green sealant material, high degree of automation, large production capacity, large application range, simple operation, and easy installation. There are functions such as automatic peeling, automatic zero calibration, high sensitivity, and online networking to realize network management. When filling, it is necessary to manually hang the bag, cover the bag, and after a given signal, the equipment can automatically complete the entire work cycle of bag clamping, filling, measurement, and loosening of the bag when the target weight is reached. The equipment is designed for powder and granular materials such as cement, non-metallic mineral powder, and chemical raw materials, and is suitable for industries such as building materials, chemicals, food, feed, and minerals.

Technical features
1. Just touch the travel switch when starting the package.
2. After the packaging is completed, it will automatically separate from the bag holder and the bag hanging machine and no other operations are required.
3. The function of collecting the thickness and thickness is integrated, which effectively solves the requirements of speed and precision in the packaging process.
4. For the different weight of the packaging process, the bag can be automatically peeled, cleared, and has automatic correction function to ensure the accuracy requirements.
5. For the requirement to detect whether the material contains metal particles, a metal detector can be installed at the inlet.
6. After the bag is automatically dropped, it can be transported to the next process by automatic roller conveyor, power roller or belt conveyor.
7. It can be equipped with shaker function or flexible adjustment of bag machine and hook height according to requirements.
8. The system has two modes of operation, automatic and manual, which can be switched at will.
