Whether you plan to recycle used clothing or simply making silage bagged bales for easy handling, high-speed compression bagger allows you to do just that. A straightforward, simple design with very few moving parts reduces maintenance cost and improves reliability, the horizontal body design allows user to simply load the materials into the hopper manually or automatically and the machine does the rest. Working principle: The baling process in automatic mode is that the straw is crushed by the feeder and transported from the feed port to the collection box, and the feed port sensor senses that the collection box has enough materials to run automatically. The pressure cylinder compacts the straw from the outside to the inside → the compression cylinder continues to compact the straw from top to bottom → pushes the bale cylinder to push the straw block into the packaging bag → each cylinder returns to its position to continue the next working cycle, each working cycle Interval time can be set
